They helped me really fast, which I appreciated a lot. I feel like quick service makes such a difference, right? I didn’t have to wait around or keep explaining things, and that made the whole experience way less stressful.

I ordered a hoodie and a pair of sneakers from givenchy.com. Delivery was smooth enough, so no issue there, but the sizing feels like it works when it wants to. The hoodie was way wider than I expected and the sleeves were too long for me. I ended up having to send one item back, which is annoying when you’re paying these prices. The quality seems good, but the fit guide really needs to be more accurate.

"Checkout Was More Confusing Than It Needed to Be"
I ordered from Givenchy and the order did go through, but the billing page really threw me off. Some of the wording made it sound like the payment might not have completed, which felt misleading. Then my card showed a pending charge for a while and I didn’t get the payment confirmation email right away, so I was just sitting there wondering if something went wrong. It all worked out in the end, but the checkout process could be a lot clearer and less stressful

"Nice brand, but not always worth the price"
givenchy definitely has that big-name feel, and I do genuinely like some of their stuff, especially the perfumes and bags. A lot of the designs are classy without being too flashy, which I appreciate.

That said, for the price, I sometimes expect a little more. It’s kind of hard to describe, but some pieces feel really special and well-made, while others just feel normal and a bit overpriced. Customer service has also been hit or miss in my experience.

Overall, I still think it’s a good luxury brand, just not one I’d blindly buy from every time. I’d shop there again, but only if I really loved the item or found it at a decent price.

I ordered a gift from Givenchy and was a little nervous about whether it would arrive on time. It did show up when they said it would, and the tracking worked fine once it got going. The box was in good shape too, which was a relief since it was a gift. It was not the fastest delivery I have ever had, but it was dependable and there was no hassle. I took off one star because the updates were a bit slow at the start.

I’m kind of in a rush, but just wanted to say I ordered a perfume from givenchy.com and it showed up nicely packed with no issues. It smells exactly like the one I bought in-store before, so I’m confident it’s the real deal. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I order from givenchy.com a few times a year, and honestly... the promos are actually worth using. The loyalty perks are simple too, not one of those confusing programs where you have to figure everything out. Shipping has been smooth for me as well, so overall it’s been a solid experience.

I liked the site pretty much right away, it just has that clean, classy feel without trying too hard. I got the personalized initials added and they turned out really nice in person. That was the main reason I tried it, and the finished look definitely made it feel more special. It is a bit pricey for what it is, but based on how clean the initials looked, I’m still glad I went with it.

I ordered a Givenchy fragrance from the site and it showed up quickly, which I was happy about. The box and bottle were in good shape too, so no complaints there. That said, there was a small mix-up with the update emails, and I’m still kind of expecting an apology for the confusion.

The fragrance itself is really nice though. It starts off fresh, then settles into something warmer after a bit. I got a few compliments the first day I wore it, and it even lasts on my jacket, which I love...
